We keep this short because we keep cookies short. 24observe uses only what's needed to log you in and keep the product working — no advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no selling your data.
When you sign in to the dashboard, we store a session/authentication token (in a cookie and/or your browser's local storage) so you stay logged in and so requests can be attributed to your account securely. The product does not function without this; it is not used for tracking.
We measure aggregate site traffic with a privacy-friendly, cookie-less analytics tool (self-hosted Plausible). It sets no cookies, collects no personal data, and does not fingerprint or follow you across sites. There is nothing to consent to and nothing to opt out of.
Checkout and the billing portal are hosted by our payment provider, Dodo Payments, on their own domains. When you're on those pages, their cookies/policies apply — see the provider's notices. We never receive or store your card details.
We do not embed advertising networks, social-media trackers, or cross-site analytics on our marketing site or dashboard. Because we don't set non-essential cookies, we don't show a cookie consent banner — there's nothing to gate.
